Housekeeping could’ve done better, no attention to details about each room requirements. We had asked for toilet paper. They didn’t store the fresh drinking water & towels. Our pillows had a strong body/ hair odour smell. I told the housekeeper but she didn’t quite understand, only changed the pillowcases. They are currently doing refurbishing for the whole block and the one opposite us. Most of them are empty. Average breakfast, 8+ in the morning they already ran out out soya milk. The second morning, they couldn’t make the noodle soup because they didn’t have gas as what the waitress told me. Food quality was average and boring. Nice pool.

We had an amazing stay at The Senses Private Villa in Phuket. The villa was spotless, beautifully designed, and offered incredible privacy with stunning views. Everything was well thought out—from the comfortable rooms to the relaxing pool area. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. It truly felt like a luxury escape. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful and memorable getaway! 👏

Everything about this property screams luxury and relaxation. It was quiet, clean, and the staff was so friendly and helpful. We kept saying “wow they are so attentive here”. Everything we needed, the staff put together for us which made our vacation so easy and allowed us to truly just relax and enjoy our trip. 100/10 recommend.
